Day in the Life

Your employment liaison comes alongside you throughout the job search process, meeting with you at least twice a month, often weekly. In our first few sessions, we get to know you and your strengths, provide you with resources you’ll need to get a job, and build your job search skills.

When you’re ready, we transition to looking for employment. Our team is not a job placement service, so we don’t match you with an employer. However, we partner with you to find opportunities based on your individual needs and support you throughout the hiring process.

For job seekers who want a higher level of support, we can communicate directly with potential employers, attend interviews with you for emotional support, and help you navigate on-the-job training if needed. If you prefer us to remain behind the scenes, we have more discreet ways of helping you.

Once you land a job, we’re committed to helping you keep it. We help you brainstorm solutions and role-play through situations that may arise on the job. We can provide in-person support at your job site. The level and type of support we provide is entirely up to you.
